Duchene to Wild

Matt Duchene is the newest member of the Minnesota Wild. In return, Morgan Rielly and the 9th overall pick (Evgeny Svechnikov) go to San Jose. It’s a win-win for everyone as San Jose gets a couple of good future pieces and Minny gets a young 1st line centre as a cornerstone for their franchise. Duchene is supposedly ecstatic about the move as he was looking at a season down in the minors with the Sharks.
