David Pastrnak is taking the NHL by storm at the incredible age of 18! He was drafted due to his outstanding training camp but even I wasn’t expecting that he would make such a seamless transition to North American hockey.
His play is garnering rave reviews around the league and his talent is undeniable. Many in Boston are comparing him to another young phenom that came up through the Bruins system, Tyler Seguin. To be compared to the former 2nd overall pick is high praise and no doubt he still has much to prove but quotes like the one below leave me very excited about his future.
“In practice he’s the most talented Boston Bruin, by far” – Tony Amonte
