Minny exceeded expectations in season 21 but won’t be able to take anyone by surprise this season. With newly created Artemi Panarin joining the team, the Wild are poised to reach new heights in the Western Conference. It’s a tough road, the Sharks are still the sharks and although the Blues turned over their roster they are still as dangerous as last season when they finally took home the cup.

For the Wild, ratings bumps to goalie Petr Mzarek, Milan Lucic and Morgan Rielly will hopefully be enough to win the Howe division. On the horizon, the Wild have rebuilt the prospect pool to include top prospects at each position such as Pavel Zacha, Zach Wierenski and Ilya Sorkin.

With close to 50 million in the bank there will definitely be some additions in UFA. The Wild have over $7 million in cap space, $9 million once the trade deadline cap bump happens so bringing in more talent will allow the Wild to make a strong push to winning it all in season 22.
